Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise – always inspiring more…Your Role– Collaborate in Research and Development work as well as in the industrial qualification of products, suppliers and processes;– Organize the industrial qualification of new products, ingredients, processes and equipments;– Registration of codes, formulas and operational instruction in the systems MES and SAP;– Assess main risks of industrialization and prepare reports;– Monitoring of the first productions of a new product and process;– Training of the operational team in the new operational mode;– Perform manufacturing cost simulations (formulation and production costs) for at each step of the product development procedure;– Elaborate the project schedule and carry out the follow up, communicating the Manager about the critical and blocking points;– Make simulations of environmental impact in the Eco-Design Matrix;About You– Graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical or Production Engineering;– Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking) is a must/ desirable Spanish;– Domain of Office package.– Experience in R&D, Continuous Improvement or similar areas;– Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP;– Knowledge in the process of qualifying products and/or suppliers;– Desirable knowledge in SAP;– Ability to perform risk analysis.Our OfferBecome part of our open and transparent culture.
